You’ll join our Commercial Banking team in Perth / Boorloo, Noongar Country as a full time Senior Relationship Manager supporting our Diversified Industries portfolio. You’ll be part of our brand new Business Centre north of the river, working closely with businesses across a wide mix of industries and helping them thrive with confidence. You’ll manage a high growth portfolio with a strong cashflow lending focus, building deep customer relationships and creating opportunities for businesses to achieve what matters most to them. You’ll work side by side with internal specialists to shape solutions that genuinely support your customers, and you’ll actively develop new relationships through networking and market engagement. This role is all about backing businesses that power the local economy and shaping experiences that customers remember for all the right reasons. What do I need? • Strong capability in commercial lending with expertise in cashflow lending and structured working capital • Analytical strengths to assess financial performance and structure solutions • A collaborative mindset and confidence partnering with internal specialists • Proven ability to grow a portfolio and acquire new to bank customers • A customer focused approach grounded in building long lasting relationships Why join us?
