You’ll step into a hands-on technical leadership role supporting and enhancing ICBS, now known as Signature, which underpins our personal lending capability. Sitting within Consumer and UNITE Tech, Digital Consumer Finance Tech, you’ll design, build and support reliable technical solutions that keep our systems running smoothly and evolving with customer and business needs. This is a full time, hybrid role based on the Gold Coast. You’ll work closely with engineers, delivery teams and stakeholders to shape technical designs, manage production support and lead complex changes from idea through to release. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our applications resilient, compliant and ready for the future, including participation in 24 by 7 production support and disaster recovery activities. You’ll bring deep technical expertise, a calm approach to problem solving and a passion for guiding others through complexity. This is a role where your technical judgement really matters and where you’ll see the impact of your work every day. What do I need? • Strong experience with AS400 and RPG in a production environment • Hands on knowledge of ICBS or Signature and lending systems • Experience designing and delivering technical solutions and specifications • Confidence working in Agile teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence • Ability to lead technical conversations, solve complex issues and support live applications Why join us?
