Daily responsibilities: 40% Customer enquiries (phone/email) - interpret parts needs, identify components, provide technical advice 25% Quoting & sales orders - prepare accurate quotes, process orders, confirm pricing with suppliers 20% Backorder management - follow up urgent requests, expedite critical parts, manage customer expectations 15% Logistics & warehouse coordination - freight documentation, goods receipting, dispatch support You'll use: Pronto ERP system (or similar) for purchasing, sales, stock control Technical manuals and parts diagrams Supplier portals and systems Freight and logistics platforms You'll work with: Construction companies with equipment down on major projects Equipment hire operators needing fast turnarounds Infrastructure contractors across Australia and Pacific Crane operators and heavy machinery clients Internal warehouse and dispatch teams Equipment suppliers and manufacturers This is problem-solving, not transactional. Who We're Looking For IDEAL CANDIDATE: 2 years as Spare Parts Coordinator, Parts Advisor, or Parts Interpreter in heavy equipment, construction machinery, industrial equipment, or agricultural machinery. ALSO WELCOME: Candidates from automotive parts (trade/commercial, not retail), equipment hire, building materials wholesale, or industrial supply with strong technical aptitude.
