Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Deliver safe, high-quality, woman-centred maternity care Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Promote evidence-based midwifery practice and professional excellence Support patient education, cultural safety, and informed decision-making Participate in quality improvement and continuous service development About You To be successful, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife Minimum 12 months’ post-graduate midwifery experience in an Australian hospital setting (excluding placements) Strong clinical capability and sound judgement A commitment to woman-centred care, advocacy, and education Excellent communication and teamwork skills A desire to continue professional development and growth Salary & Benefits $81,733.60 – $103,152.40 super (based on experience) In accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Enterprise Agreement 2024–2028.
