The Opportunity We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (Grade 4/5) to join our team on a parttime nightshift roster (10pm–7.15am) . Your fortnightly roster will include: Week 1: Tuesday & Wednesday Week 2: Monday & Wednesday In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver highquality clinical care in a calm, valuesdriven environment where residents feel safe, supported, and respected. Your Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidencebased nursing care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards Lead, mentor, and support Personal Care Assistants Complete assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation accurately and efficiently Administer medications and treatments in line with legislation and policy Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes Collaborate with families, GPs, allied health, and internal clinical teams Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives Help maintain a peaceful, residentcentred environment overnight About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in residential aged care (highly regarded) Strong clinical judgement and problemsolving skills Confident supervising and supporting care staff Excellent communication and documentation abilities A positive, flexible, residentcentred approach Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Key Requirements Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Proof of COVID19 vaccination (3 doses) Flu vaccination encouraged Ready to Make a Difference?
