Act as the developer's commercial safeguard Diverse, multi-project pipeline Long-term growth role within a stable Adelaide developer About the Role A rare opportunity to join an established Adelaide property developer in a true client-side Contracts Administrator position. This is not an entry‑level administrative role, you will be embedded in the commercial engine of multiple concurrent projects, providing critical oversight across a diverse range of assets in Adelaide. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, Development Director and leadership team, you will ensure contractual accuracy, cost integrity, financial risk management and documentation discipline across the full project lifecycle. This environment is commercially driven, detail‑focused and hands‑on, offering genuine long‑term development and career progression. Duties Review and interrogate builder progress claims, ensuring entitlement and cost accuracy Assess and manage variations, EOTs and additional payment claims Track cost movements, financial exposure and risks outside head contract scope Support management of head contracts, consultant agreements and procurement Conduct feasibility support, liaise with consultants, and contribute to tender processes Evaluate work orders, scopes of work and delivery accuracy Maintain detailed project documentation, registers and commercial records Provide project invoicing support and submit claims for approval Assist in QS processes, including cost reviews and financier‑funded progress claims Prepare and deliver commercial and financial reports for leadership Monitor financial forecasts, actual costs, profit/loss status, and contract finalisation Provide cross‑functional support to project teams, finance and site supervisors Skills and Experience 3–7 years contracts administration experience (builder‑side essential) Strong site exposure and practical understanding of construction processes Experience across multi‑storey residential preferred Quantity Surveying / estimating background advantageous Strong understanding of construction cost build‑ups and commercial structures High level proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Ability to challenge claims, assumptions and cost positions with confidence Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Engineering or related field How to Apply Please call James Amos on 0434 677 266 or hit APPLY NOW.
