Specialising in world-renowned products, this role is primarily focused on the installation, erection, and dismantling of construction hoists across Adelaide Metro and regional South Australia. The Role & Your Responsibilities As a key member of the technical team, you will coordinate and perform all on-site rigging activities. Your day-to-day will involve more than just heavy lifting; it requires a strategic mindset and mechanical aptitude. Installation & Maintenance: Lead the installation, service, and dismantling equipment on diverse construction and industrial sites. Mechanical Support: Provide expert breakdown support and regular maintenance to ensure maximum reliability for customers. Safety Leadership: Conduct pre-start risk assessments, lead toolbox meetings, and ensure all safe work methods are strictly followed. On-Site Coordination: Effectively communicate with crane teams, dogmen, and customers to ensure seamless project delivery. Business Growth: Be the eyes and ears on-site, identifying opportunities for refurbishments, spare parts, or labour variations to support the company’s growth. Your Profile We are looking for a reliable professional who can motivate a team and work unsupervised when required. You should possess: Technical Savvy: A strong diagnostic capability and a methodical approach to resolving issues on-site. Team Spirit: A willingness to go the "extra mile" to achieve team goals and support business objectives. Integrity: An honest, reliable work ethic with a high level of safety awareness. Customer Focus: A professional demeanor when interacting with site stakeholders and clients. Qualifications & Experience The Essentials: Qualified Rigger (High Risk Work License). Current Construction Induction (White Card). Current Safe Working at Heights certification. Highly Desirable: Experience with Rack and Pinion lifts or construction hoists. Specific mechanical or electrical service experience. First Aid training. Knowledge of similar industries, such as Telecom tower installation or permanent lifts. Why Join This Team?
