This role is available due to an internal promotion and offers exposure to high-profile tenants and sophisticated property management practices, with a third premium asset to be added once settled. You’ll provide day-to-day property management, tenant engagement, compliance, and operational oversight, working closely with the Head of Property and a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ commercial property experience , capable yet open to mentorship, with potential to grow into a future leadership position. Key Responsibilities Manage landlord and tenant relationships and ensure lease obligations are met Oversee day-to-day building operations and collaborate with facilities managers Conduct inspections and ensure assets are maintained to premium standards Prepare budgets, forecasts, reports, and manage rent collections Support capital expenditure, fit-outs, and new asset onboarding What We’re Looking For NSW Certificate of Registration or RE Licence 2–3 years’ commercial property management experience (including APM/PM roles) Experience with A Grade office assets desirable Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Experience with MRI software and trust accounting advantageous Why Join?
