Key responsibilities include: Managing residential, commercial and/or community portfolios Building strong relationships with owners and committees Advising on strata legislation and compliance Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and capital works Managing budgets, levies, and financial reporting Chairing meetings (AGMs, committee meetings) Handling dispute resolution and contractor management Conducting site inspections and follow-ups Requirements: MUST have Strata management experience Current Class 1 or 2 Strata Licence This role is ideal for a high-performing Strata Manager seeking higher earnings, advanced systems, strong leadership and a business that genuinely cares for its people, with exposure to residential, commercial, and community management across a two-office network.
