This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) working a Monday to Friday roster, offering excellent work-life balance within a fast-paced and supportive retail environment. About the Role This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth stock flow and maintaining high visual merchandising standards across the store. You will support the sales team by ensuring product is well-presented, accessible, and aligned with store expectations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process and manage high-volume stock deliveries with accuracy and efficiency Maintain stockroom organisation and ensure stock accuracy at all times Manage stock transfers, stock accepting, and support stock-takes Execute floor moves and visual merchandising changes Maintain strong in-store presentation through effective product placement and replenishment Set up window displays, mannequins, and promotional materials Support the execution of sales, promotions, and in-store events Work closely with store leadership to analyse sales and identify key product lines Coach and support team members in maintaining visual merchandising standards Provide exceptional customer service when required About You Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment (apparel highly regarded) Strong background in stock control, inventory, and/or visual merchandising Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, hands-on, and team-focused approach What's on Offer Monday to Friday roster (great work-life balance) Opportunity to join a growing and supportive retail business Ongoing training and development Engaging and team-oriented environment Job Reference Number 217695 To apply online, please click on the apply button.
