Job Description Coordinate consistent in-store VM processes across Western Australia and South Australia and standards to uphold the Good Guys (TGG) brand across all stores and delivery of profitable sales growth. Key responsibilities include: Undertake regular store visits to assess VM setup (including marketing and promotional activity, seasonal programs, and planograms) against established standards. Identify gaps, and provide systematic coaching and feedback to improvement and maintain consistent VM standards Identify talent and build capability within the store network to embed the capability for high quality, consistent VM standards in store Build and lead a project team to undertake re-lays, merchandising initiatives and new store openings Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials that sets VM standards across stores Qualifications At least 2 years demonstrated experience in a retail VM role Microsoft Office and design programs such as Sketchup /Photoshop Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
