Come and join our supportive and dynamic team in our modern 4 chair practice. Our Dentists and team are patient focused to ensure the highest quality treatments and patient centered care are provided every time. We are based across the road from the Swan River with a variety of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort. Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilise dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organised treatment area. Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies levels, ensuring the treatment room is well-stocked and organised. Patient Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care. Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints. Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification. Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience. Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.
