The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven Programmatic Operations Executive to join our rapidly growing Digital Sales team and play a key role in driving programmatic revenue and operational excellence across Seven’s digital ecosystem. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Programmatic Operations Lead in Sydney and will work closely with our Digital Sales, Ad Operations, Ad Tech, Commercial Data and Product teams, as well as external programmatic partners. What you'll do: Act as the operational programmatic specialist, supporting Sales to drive revenue Manage SSP and vendor partnerships to set up, optimise and deliver programmatic deals Monitor dashboards and programmatic revenue to identify opportunities and gaps Troubleshoot programmatic deals and resolve issues with internal and external teams Improve operational efficiencies through workflow analysis and documentation What you'll bring: You’re a curious, analytical and solutions-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment. You’ll be highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll also have: Tertiary qualification(s) in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or Finance 1-2 years’ experience in digital advertising operations, programmatic trading or campaign management Experience working for a large publisher or AdTech company Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, exchanges and attribution Intermediate MS Excel/ Google Sheets skills, plus tertiary qualifications Life at Seven At Seven, we connect with more than 17 million Australians every month and we’re proud to be one of the most recognised and trusted media brands in the country.
