About the role We are seeking a General Manager – Program Delivery, to provide strategic and operational leadership for the delivery and execution of Youth Insearch programs across all regions. You will lead a team of Regional Managers to ensure effective program delivery in accordance with the organisation’s frameworks and strategic plan. You will also: Provide operational and strategic leadership across regions, including professional supervision, reflective practices and operational support to staff Be available for staff and volunteers for consultation, support, guidance and debriefing as needed Ensure trauma-informed safe and effective program delivery across all programs, ensuring consistent service delivery Oversee day-to-day program delivery including support programs, workshops, peer led sessions and community engagement activities Manage budgets for program delivery in alignment with funding requirements About you With a strong background in portfolio or program management, you are skilled at executing programs while ensuring consistent service delivery. You will also have: Demonstrated capability in leading multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional excellence Substantial experience and proven achievement in program delivery frameworks Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Business Management, or related field Proven experience in a senior leadership role with ability to manage diverse teams and drive strategic initiatives Strong knowledge of NFP governance, funding models and trauma-informed practices Promote innovative practices in using technology to enhance program and operational delivery For the opportunity to bring your expertise to a role and organisation that truly makes a difference, we would love to hear from you!
