In this dynamic leadership role, you will guide the organisation through the transition to Support at Home, overseeing a team of experienced Operations Managers while being supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking Executive Leadership Team. Role Details: Competitive salary package of $220K Sydney head office–based role with occasional interstate travel Permanent, full-time position (Monday – Friday) Provide leadership and oversight to a large, multidisciplinary team including Operations Managers, Case Managers, and Support Workers, supported by dedicated Sales and Marketing teams Partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic growth across the home care portfolio About you: Proven operational leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or community services Strong financial acumen with proven track record managing budgets High-level communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and quality improvement frameworks.
