The Role You will play a key role in delivering procurement and commercial advisory services across government and industry, including: Leading end-to-end procurement processes and complex tenders in line with best practice and regulatory frameworks. Designing and implementing procurement policies, frameworks and governance models. Supporting procurement transformation initiatives and capability uplift programs. Managing supplier engagement, market approaches and negotiation processes. Coaching and supporting junior team members while contributing to a collaborative team culture. Your Background Procurement experience from a management consulting background would be highly regarded, ideally with government experience. Experience leading procurement projects or complex tenders. Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks (such as CPRs) is highly regarded. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Commercial judgement and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality outcomes. What’s on offer Salary: $115k – $135k base super. Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne location with flexible working (3 days in the office).
