The Opportunity At Shine Lawyers, we champion better justice for our clients and as a full time Client Service Officer, that starts with you. Working across a range of either class actions or personal injury matters, you’ll have the privilege of being the gateway to help new clients secure the justice they deserve. You'll do this by responding to both inbound and outbound enquiries from potential clients who are eager to progress their matter with us. You’ll have the flexibility to achieve a strong work life balance, with four days working from home, and one connection day in the Brisbane CBD office per week. This role also operates across a rotating roster, with the first shift starting at 7am and the last shift finishing at 7pm. With empathy, adaptability and initiative, you will be a true champion of our clients by: Focusing on providing an exceptional client experience, in responding to enquiries both over the phone and in writing (email, social media, website chat, to name a few). Creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to share their vulnerable experiences that have brought them to be speaking to us. Using curiosity and active listening to interpret the needs of clients, to assist them on their journey to seeking compensation. Using your strong relationships with the legal teams to ensure our new clients are booked in for initial meetings with them. What you’ll bring You’ll have come from a background working within a complex client focussed environment, ideally handing the enquiries of those who are facing trauma or health concerns. You’ll be well equipped to multi-task across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring an eagerness to provide the upmost care in handling clients’ sensitive and often complex matters. You’ll recognise and value the importance of your role in being the gateway to support for clients. The ability to work a 38 hour per week, on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
