About the Role ISS is seeking vigilant, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be entrusted with safeguarding people and property across a range of client sites. You’ll provide a visible security presence, respond to incidents, and help create safe environments where people feel confident and protected. Whether patrolling premises, managing access, or responding to emergencies, you’ll be a key part of our mission to deliver high-quality, client-focused security services. Key Responsibilities Monitor and authorise entry and exit of staff, visitors, and contractors Patrol premises to detect and deter unauthorised access or suspicious activity Respond to alarms, disturbances, and incidents with professionalism and urgency Operate communication systems and maintain situational awareness Inspect and adjust security systems and equipment Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation Promote a safe and secure environment through proactive engagement Act in accordance with site-specific SOPs and ISS policies Perform concierge duties (if applicable), including front desk management and visitor coordination What’s in It for You Be part of a global organization with a strong local presence Supportive team culture and ongoing training opportunities Diverse work environments across corporate, commercial, and public sites Opportunities for career progression within ISS Security and Facilities teams What We’re Looking For Essential: Valid Security Licence (State-specific) Current Driver’s Licence (preferred) Experience in security, customer service, or team-based environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Commitment to safety and compliance Desirable: Experience in concierge or front-of-house roles Background in customer care, control, or management Diversity & Inclusion at ISS At ISS, we celebrate individuality.
