This is a Fixed Term exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative Inclusive Education team within a leading independent school in Regional Victoria. Reporting to the Head of Junior School Inclusive Education, the successful applicant will play a key role in fostering an inclusive learning environment by delivering targeted intervention programs and supporting differentiated teaching practices across the Junior School. Working closely with teachers, families and Inclusive Education leaders, this role is integral to ensuring every student is supported to reach their full potential. Key responsibilities include: Delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions in small group, classroom and individual settings Supporting classroom teachers with differentiation and inclusive practices Collecting and analysing student data to monitor progress and inform interventions Contributing to NCCD evidence collection and reporting Collaborating with staff, parents and Student Support Groups to support student learning and wellbeing Actively contributing to the broader life of the School through co-curricular involvement and professional collaboration About you: You are a qualified teacher with experience in Inclusive Education and a strong commitment to student wellbeing and child safety. You bring excellent communication and organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Knowledge of NCCD requirements and experience delivering intervention programs are essential. Essential requirements: Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration Experience working within an Inclusive Education environment Demonstrated experience delivering targeted intervention programs Knowledge of inclusive education frameworks and data-informed practice Experience with programs such as MultiLit or QuickSmart, and postgraduate qualifications in education, are highly regarded.
