We are opening a brand new, state-of-the-art Aspire centre in Huntly, alongside our well-established Aspire Huntly Village service. The Roles Available We Are Currently Seeking Room Leaders – Nursery & Toddler (Brand New Huntly Service Only) Certificate III or Diploma qualified educators Confident leading a room and supporting daily practice Passionate about creating warm, nurturing learning environments for our youngest learners Assistant Educators – Huntly & Huntly Village Services Certificate III or Diploma qualified educators Supportive team players who love working alongside children and educators Opportunities available across both centres About the Centres Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Huntly (NEW SERVICE) Located on Waratah Road in Huntly, this brand new service offers beautiful learning spaces, modern resources, and the opportunity to help shape culture and practice from day one. Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Huntly Village Our established Huntly Village centre is deeply connected to the local community, with strong relationships across schools, families, and local organisations. Across both services, community is at the heart of everything we do. About You You Will Bring Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS and Early Years Learning Framework Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am – 6:30pm Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early learning Current Working with Children Check First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Aspire?
