What you’ll do Lead end‑to‑end payroll delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely outcomes Coach and develop a high‑performing payroll team of 2, with additional support from a Senior Analyst Interpret enterprise agreements, legislation and remuneration frameworks Resolve complex payroll and employee pay queries Drive compliance, controls and continuous payroll improvement Act as the dedicated payroll SME for an upcoming time and attendance system rollout.
