You will be working as part of a supportive team you will be an all-round administrator who can work independently and use your exceptional organisation skills to provide administrative support across a variety of tasks to the service team to maintain and enhance customer service. Key Responsibilities Raising customer service jobs /repair orders and costing completed jobs. Invoicing of customer service jobs Assisting with the scheduling of services Assist with contractor management compliance Assist with HSE compliance Assist with facility management tasks and reception duties Organise/book travel/accommodation. Timesheet Data Entry Addressing customer queries Processing Expense Claims Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving About You Previous experience in a similar role Excellent customer service skills Proficient oral and written communication skills Strong MS Word and Excel skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete to high standard.
