Reporting to our Group Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales or reservations professional who’s eager to take the next step in a high-performing, supportive environment. About The Role You’ll play a key part in driving sales across our portfolio by: Sourcing and securing new business opportunities across MICE and other market segments Managing and nurturing key accounts with care and creativity Conducting site inspections and familiarisation events to showcase our properties Converting leads into high-value bookings with confidence and flair Collaborating with a talented team to meet and exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experiences What we are looking for Experience in hotel Sales, Reservations, or Business Development, with exposure to MICE and Events Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs A confident communicator and natural relationship builder Established networks in the corporate or events space (a bonus!) Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively A positive, can-do attitude with a warm and professional approach Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and converting enquiries into results Why join Lancemore Hotels?
