Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and a welcoming vibe. Take accurate orders, including special requests and dietary needs. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests. Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas. Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Contribute to team goals and uphold QT’s high standards of service. What You’ll Bring 1 years’ worth of experience as a F&B attendant or waitstaff in restaurants, events or hotels. Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided). Warm, friendly and approachable manor. Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables. Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Flexible to work across different days including weekends and evenings.
