ASX-listed technology business with global ambition Mandate to build and scale a world-class revenue engine Direct impact on growth trajectory, market position and valuation Hudson is privileged to be partnering with an ASX-listed technology company at a defining point in its evolution to appoint a proven Chief Growth Officer. With approximately 100 employees and annual revenue of circa $24–25 million, the business has established a credible platform for scale, supported by a differentiated product offering, an established enterprise customer base and strong subscription momentum. Subscription revenue has grown by approximately 32% over the past 12 months, reinforcing both market traction and the strength of the underlying commercial model. The organisation is now entering its next phase of growth, with a clear mandate to sharpen commercial execution, better align product and go-to-market strategy, and expand into new markets over the next four to five years. This is a career-defining opportunity to build, align and scale a world-class growth engine. It will suit a leader who knows how to take a strong foundation and convert it into a disciplined, high-performing commercial platform. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Growth Officer will lead the full growth agenda across Sales, Marketing, Product and Partnerships. This is a role for an executive who can connect these functions into one cohesive system, driving revenue growth, improving conversion and retention, and unlocking new markets with pace and precision. Working closely with the CEO and Board, you will help shape and execute the strategy required to scale the business, balancing ambition with execution and growth with discipline. Success will be measured through sustained revenue growth, stronger forecast predictability and long-term enterprise value creation. You are a commercially driven growth leader operating at the intersection of product, revenue and market expansion. You may currently be a Chief Growth Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, VP Growth or a senior commercial leader within a high-growth technology, SaaS, data or platform-based business. You bring a track record of scaling revenue in complex, fast-moving environments where multiple growth levers must work together, spanning product-led growth, enterprise sales, partnerships and go-to-market strategy. You combine strategic clarity with execution discipline and have demonstrated success in building or transforming go-to-market models, improving conversion and retention, and opening new markets or revenue streams. Formal qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Technology or a related discipline are expected, with an MBA or equivalent highly regarded. This is a rare opportunity to join an ASX-listed technology business at a pivotal stage and take ownership of the growth agenda that will define its next phase of scale.
