What this opportunity involves: Join our Canberra team as a Property Service Coordinator, managing client requests for property repairs and maintenance on a rostered shift basis. You'll handle each request from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction. Answer incoming calls from multiple clients and respond to repair and maintenance requests efficiently Create and track work orders through to completion, coordinating with service providers and subcontractors Process invoices, arrange payments, and manage vendor queries with the Accounts Payable team Take ownership of customer issues and ensure positive resolution for every caller What we are looking for: Seeking a customer-focused professional ready to excel in the property industry.
