ATC has an opportunity for a 3rd 4th year automotive apprentice to assist in the repair and maintenance of forklifts based in Gregory Hills. The successful applicant will join a fast paced team whilst completing their apprenticeship under the supervision of a senior technician. This position is an opportunity to specailise in a growing market and diversify their skillset. The duties will include: Servicing gas, diesel and electric forklifts. Assisting in the repair of hydraulic systems. Assisting in the repair of DC electrical systems Keeping records on repairs and communicating these to both the client and head office. Adhering to all safety requirements The ideal applicant will have the following qualities: Ability to work both in a team and independently Good time management skills Good record keeping skills Be reliable Good attention to detail and accuracy Forklift licence Excellent customer relation and communication skills Valid drivers licence The position may also include a company vehicle and tools after a qualifying period.
