Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of road projects throughout Sydney. The company has an excellent reputation across roadworks, civil services, and bulk earthworks, and you will be supported by an experienced and collaborative leadership team. Skills and Experience Construction-related degree Proven experience delivering road infrastructure projects (highly regarded) Previous Tier 2 civil contractor experience essential Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager Strong financial reporting and variation management capability Demonstrated ability to lead Project Engineers and Site Engineers Hands-on leader with strong multitasking ability Ambitious, self-motivated and team-oriented Culture Strong communicator who engages effectively with site teams Excellent program delivery and milestone tracking capability Work closely with the Operations Manager who brings 30 years of industry experience and is focused on growing the business In return, you can expect a highly competitive salary package along with genuine career progression opportunities as the business continues its upward trajectory.
