Job Description YOUR ROLE In this role, you’ll provide administrative and operational support across MACS’ Risk, Compliance and Assurance functions. You will act as the central point of contact for incoming matters, manage correspondence and documentation workflows, and assist with coordinating meetings, reports, training resources and finance-related administration. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to liaise across a range of stakeholders will be key to your success. WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager and RCA team, including inbox and calendar coordination. Triage, track and direct enquiries and matters to the appropriate functional lead. Prepare and manage documentation including agendas, minutes, memos, reports and board/committee submissions. Support the development and coordination of training and resource materials. Manage invoice processing and purchasing workflows for the team. Coordinate internal and external meetings and maintain accurate records. Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems and practices. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times. ABOUT YOU Qualifications in Business Administration or similar field (highly desirable). Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a compliance, governance or regulated environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint), including formatting documents and creating presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality and data privacy. Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced setting. A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with resilience and adaptability. Salary range for this position is $81,257 (Level 3 Subdivision 2) - $81,257 (Level 3 Subdivision 2) per annum exclusive of superannuation as specified in the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 and may include additional allowances dependent on qualifications and experience.
