Are you a relationship focused sales professional who enjoys working with warm accounts and supporting major organisations with their technology needs? This role offers a mix of account management and new business activity, backed by a supportive team culture and strong repeat customers. You will be joining a small, collaborative sales team working across large corporate, Government and Defence customers. The focus is on growing existing accounts, mapping new stakeholders and identifying opportunities to add value with quality technology solutions. This is not a churn and burn environment. It is a role for someone who enjoys building trust, communicating well and taking ownership of their pipeline. What You Will Be Doing Account Management eighty percent Maintain and strengthen relationships within an existing customer base. Engage with new stakeholders inside large organisations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Business Development twenty percent Identify, qualify and progress new opportunities across warm and prospective accounts. Daily Activity Hold regular phone and email conversations with customers to expand reach and continually develop account depth. Aim for ten meaningful customer conversations per day. Sales Execution Prepare quotes, follow up opportunities and work closely with internal teams to close deals. System and Process Management Keep CRM and internal systems updated with all calls, notes, emails and pipeline activity. Maintain accuracy and discipline in managing your workload. What We Are Looking For Understanding of sales practices and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders. Strong communication skills across phone, email and in person meetings. Experience working with Government, Defence or large corporate customers is highly regarded. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Solid time management skills in high pressure, multi priority environments. Interest in technology and familiarity with IT hardware from major brands. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine can do attitude. What Success Looks Like Building trusted relationships across key accounts.
