Given the recent launch of a first-in-class, breakthrough medication for patients with long-standing treatment resistant depression (TRD), this position requires an experienced manager with a depth of expertise in driving high-performing teams and commercial success in complex, evolving markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering national business results through a proven ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, with the ultimate aim of achieving optimal patient outcomes. This leadership position requires someone who can leverage their extensive background in sales and people management to enhance customer awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the company's products and services, while forging strong, lasting partnerships across the sector. A passion for innovation, a history of building high-trust relationships, and a reputation for consistently achieving ambitious targets are essential for success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct leadership of a team of 6 experienced account managers dedicated to treatment resistant depression, requiring strong coaching and mentoring skills. Shape and execute national sales and brand strategies, using your expertise to drive awareness and adoption of this innovative TRD treatment. Lead the execution of national plans, demonstrating agility and experience in responding to market trends and lead indicators. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the development and implementation of high-quality state and account plans that deliver value for customers, patients, and Johnson & Johnson. Take ownership of your own professional development as well as that of your team members, proactively establishing and reviewing development plans to ensure continuous growth and high performance. Coach Account Managers to excel, embedding ongoing development of advanced selling, key account management, and deep therapeutic area/product knowledge.
