The role Reporting to the QLD State Lead you will be responsible for the delivery of industrial projects across Queensland. Your role will cover: Working with major tenants for pre-commits and design Managing consultants through design and design and construction Appointing and managing PM consultants and builders Full financial management of projects from feasibility through to project cost management Managing council and approvals processes Assisting with new acquisitions You The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in property development with the ability to demonstrate industrial project expertise. You will have a solid understanding of end to end project delivery. This is a small team, therefore you will be comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages concurrently. You will have strong leadership skills or a desire to develop and mentor other Development Managers.
