Project-Manager (Residential & Mixed-Use) — Join a Leading Project Management Team We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established project & development management firm - 20 years delivering across high-profile residential, retail, hotel, retirement-living and mixed-use precincts. This small and long standing team is seeking a highly capable Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of three major upcoming developments on Sydney’s North Shore — including a 30-storey apartment tower, plus two other substantial mixed-use residential projects — from front end (planning/approvals/design brief) through to handover on behalf of two key clients. Role Overview As Project Manager you will: Lead projects end-to-end: feasibility, planning/approvals, design coordination, tendering/letting, procurement, construction, and final handover. Oversee project team including architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors; manage stakeholders, local authorities, authorities approvals and community/third-party engagement. Maintain strict control over program, budget, procurement, quality assurance, risk management, compliance and reporting. Drive project delivery with clarity, discipline and collaboration — ensuring “client-side” interests are protected, value is delivered at every stage, and every project meets high standards. Ideally you will have: Strong track record (minimum 5 years) delivering complex developments in NSW or similar jurisdiction. Medium-to-high rise residential or mixed-use experience will be beneficial but not a must-have. Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, procurement, quality, programs and risk in multiple-project environments. Excellent communication, leadership, commercial acumen and problem-solving skills. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience.
