The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer‑focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Officer – Domestic. In this fast‑paced environment, you’ll play an integral role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders accurately, and ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email channels, ensuring all interactions align with service level expectations. Process customer orders accurately and within cut‑off timelines. Manage the shared inbox with high attention to detail, ensuring prompt action and clear follow‑through. Follow up on delivery enquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and empathy. Collaborate with Sales, Regional Managers and the broader Customer Support team to enhance the customer experience. About You Customer service experience – in either frontline or back‑office settings. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills – with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously – while contributing effectively to a close‑knit team. Adaptability and continuous learning mindset – with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using SAP or M3 systems (highly regarded).
