We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team in Waterloo, NSW. Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Taiwanese dishes, managing daily kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staQ, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining eScient stock and cost control procedures. Job duties: Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional Taiwanese dishes to a high standard. Develop and reUne menu items in line with authentic Taiwanese Vavours and techniques. Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods. Supervise and train kitchen staQ to maintain consistency and quality. Manage food preparation, portion control, and presentation standards. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations. Assist in cost control, waste management, and maintaining kitchen eSciency. Requirements: Relevant culinary qualiUcation. Minimum 3 years of proven experience preparing authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Strong knowledge of Taiwanese ingredients, cooking techniques, and Vavour proUles. Good leadership and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
