Duties And Responsibilities Anticipating customer needs, taking the initiative to elevate their dining experience. Provide outstanding food and beverage knowledge and service. Recommend and pair wines to suit the food selection Seamless service and communication with the team ensuring they understand their responsibilities Stay on top of trends and continually develop your professional skills. Lead training sessions to continually upskill our staff. Confidently present menus, dishes, and beverages, leading our guests through their experience while they indulge in the finest food and beverage Ideal Candidates Will Have 3-5 years’ experience working as a Restaurant Manager within a Michelin, fine dining or premium dining restaurant. Experience as a sommelier is advantageous Expansive understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations.
