Casual Pick Packer & Delivery Driver - Not-for-Profit Organisation Our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness , is seeking a reliable and compassionate Casual Pick Packer & Delivery Driver to join their team. This role plays an important part in helping ensure essential items such as food, toiletries, and everyday necessities reach vulnerable members of the community. About the Role This is a casual position split across warehouse pick packing duties and local deliveries throughout the week. Schedule: Monday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (7.5 hrs) - Pick & Pack Tuesday: 8:00am - 1:00pm (5 hrs) - Pick & Pack Wednesday: Off Thursday: 8:00am - 1:00pm (5 hrs) - Deliveries Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm (5 hrs) - Deliveries Pay Rate: $35 per hour Key Responsibilities Pick and pack food parcels and essential toiletry items Prepare orders for distribution and ensure accuracy Conduct door-to-door deliveries to community partners and individuals Load and unload delivery vehicles safely Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment Represent the organisation with respect, professionalism, and compassion when interacting with the community What We're Looking For Valid C Class Driver's Licence Working With Children Check (WWCC) Comfortable performing manual handling and warehouse tasks Confident completing local delivery runs Reliable, punctual and able to work independently A positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting community initiatives Why Apply?
