Job Description As the Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in contributing to the continued delivery of exceptional customer service, maximise profitability and enhance efficiency through the Warehouse Team. You will also be responsible for operational efficiency and outcomes, by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, compliance is ensured Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring effective record and invoice management Managing order fulfilment (delivery & click and collect) in line with procedures, including product pick and pack & dispatch, order fulfilment enquiries and carrying out same day delivery to customers, where designated to drive Contributing to the Warehouse team’s achievement of set performance management requirements (KPIs) by utilising suite of operational exception reports to identify and resolve outstanding tasks Continuously improving skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities Contributing to maximising opportunities to recycle waste and reduce environmental impact
