I’m partnering with a respected, purpose-driven organisation based in Mansfield to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team. About the Role The Executive Assistant provides high-level, proactive support to the CEO and works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Key Responsibility: Manage complex and ever-evolving executive schedules Coordinate meetings, board papers and communications Act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, government bodies and community stakeholders Anticipate needs before they arise and prioritise competing demands Monitor and reconcile budgets and expenses for the CEO’s office Support procurement processes and prepare financial reports Champion continuous improvement across systems and administrative processes Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with public sector standards This is a role where judgement, discretion and initiative matter. You’ll operate with autonomy and professionalism, freeing the CEO to focus on strategic leadership. About You You’re not just organised - you’re two steps ahead. You likely bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative or executive support role Experience managing complex schedules, communications and confidential information Strong stakeholder engagement skills - you know how to build trust quickly Financial and commercial awareness, particularly around budgets and procurement Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools But more importantly, you’re: Composed and solutions-oriented under pressure Discreet and professional Collaborative and team-oriented Adaptable when priorities shift Respectful, inclusive and grounded If you’ve worked in the public sector, tourism, hospitality or a similarly fast-paced environment, that will be highly regarded.
