About Our Client Our client is a high-profile developer specialising in thoughtfully designed residential apartment and mixed-use developments, creating places that balance lifestyle, functionality, and long-term value. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process from concept through to delivery. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Development, you will take ownership of the design management function across multiple projects. You will ensure design excellence, programme alignment, budget control, and seamless coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Manage Design Lifecycle from Feasibility to Construction & Completion Coordinating Architects, Consultants, & Specialist Designers Driving Design Quality, Innovation, & Compliance Ensure Projects Meet Planning, Regulatory, & Commercial Objectives Identifying & Mitigating Design & Delivery Risks Who We’re Looking For You are a proactive and commercially aware design professional who understands both the creative and technical aspects of development.
