Nurseline nursing agency, a division of Searson Buck, is growing the team and has a new full-time position for a Nurse Rostering Coordinator. The nursing agency environment is fast-paced and requires the management of high volumes of outbound/inbound calls with clients and agency workers. The role will suit an individual with call-centre experience, who can respond proactively to a client's staffing requests, match agency staff quickly and adapt with exceptional speed. All within minutes! You will know the availability and capability of your talent pools of aged care/acute nurses and support workers and proactively identify where shifts are going unfilled or we have unmet staffing need. This role works closely with the Talent Resourcer and Divisional Manager. Key to the role is the ability to: Manage high volumes of outbound/inbound communication with agility and efficiency. Use electronic rostering/CRM shift management systems or similar. Understand the clients current and upcoming staffing needs through regular contact. Have excellent verbal communication skills. Work proactively and productively in an office-based team.
