Underground Supervisor Location: Western Australia (Underground) Flights: Paid (FIFO covered) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Underground Supervisor / Shift Boss to lead crews across development and production. Reporting to the Underground Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of daily mining activities while ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Key Responsibilities Supervise underground crews across production and development Coordinate and execute daily shift plans to meet production targets Ensure compliance with WA mining legislation and site safety standards Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and statutory inspections Monitor ground conditions and ensure safe work practices Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Complete shift reports and statutory documentation Liaise with technical services, maintenance, and drill & blast teams Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement Skills & Experience Required Current WA Shift Boss Ticket (essential - must have) Previous experience as an Underground Supervisor / Shift Boss Strong understanding of underground mining operations Sound knowledge of WA mining legislation and statutory requirements Current Driver's Licence Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Commitment to safety and team development What's on Offer 2:2 FIFO roster Flights paid Permanent full-time opportunity Long-term underground project stability Strong site leadership and supportive management team Contact Sararuddy@mmfs.com.au
