Manufacturing Supervisor – Welshpool WA Lead your team to deliver production safely, on time, and to high standards Coach, develop, and inspire operators to reach their full potential Drive continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimisation Your Impact: Based at our Welshpool, WA site, you’ll lead a production team to consistently deliver world-class manufacturing outcomes. You’ll take ownership of people, processes, and materials, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, safety, and motivation targets are met. You’ll be hands-on in driving improvements, troubleshooting issues, and embedding Asahi’s high standards across every shift. Please note: This role requires availability for 8 & 12-hour rotating shifts across days and nights on a 24/6 roster. Key Responsibilities: Execute the production plan each shift, optimising throughput, schedule adherence, and product quality. Lead and develop your team, managing performance, training, and the yearly people cycle to build capability. Own product and process quality in your area, maintaining GMP and HACCP standards at all times. Control labour and operational costs, manage overtime, and drive cost-efficient operations. Champion continuous improvement, implementing change initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and operational excellence. About You: Proven experience leading engaged teams in compliance-driven manufacturing operations, ideally within Food, Pharmaceutical, Beverages or FMCG In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, LEAN and safety-focused manufacturing principles and frameworks. Strong people management skills, you are a hands-on problem solver, can make decisions and adjust your communication style to suit relevant stakeholders and ensure comprehension Why Asahi Beverages?
