About the Role As a Repayment Solutions Specialist, you’ll manage your own portfolio of customers, supporting them through repayment conversations and assessing hardship where required. You’ll work in a high energy Operations team that values accountability, resilience and customer first thinking. Every day, you’ll be having meaningful conversations that help small businesses move forward. What You’ll Be Doing Managing high volume inbound and outbound customer calls Educating customers on repayment solutions and arrears management Assessing financial hardship applications Handling objections and navigating solution focused conversations Building rapport and negotiating respectful repayment outcomes Maintaining accurate notes and updating CRM systems Managing your own portfolio with diligence and accountability Adhering to legislative, regulatory and internal policy requirements Contributing to team KPIs in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Experience in customer facing roles (sales, customer service, collections or call centre) Confident communicator who can handle objections professionally Resilient, adaptable and solutions focused Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in KPI driven environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Salesforce experience is a bonus, but full training is provided Why OnDeck Named one of Australia’s Top 5 Employers (under 100 employees), OnDeck is one of Australia’s largest locally owned online small business lenders.
