This role supports the national leadership of our Tenant Advisory Group and plays a key part in driving operational rhythm, client engagement activity, and internal coordination across the business. Job Description What You’ll Do Partner closely with senior leadership to streamline operations, improve communication flow, and support national priorities. Coordinate BD activities, including pipeline tracking, client touchpoints, proposals, and internal reporting. Lead a small support team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and consistent delivery standards. Support national initiatives, meetings, and cross‑functional projects that strengthen team performance. Maintain high‑quality documentation, presentations, and internal communications. What You Bring Strong EA or senior administrative background, ideally supporting executives or commercial teams. Interest in stepping into business development, operations, and light people leadership. Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
