The Role This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Shared Services at the Bega Group. As the Shared Services Strategy and Improvement Lead, you will play a critical role in defining, embedding and uplifting strategy across the function. You will partner with Finance, IT, operational teams and external implementation partners to drive process excellence, automation, capability development and performance outcomes. With a strong pipeline of transformation projects, this role provides the chance to influence at all levels, lead change and create long‑term business impact. Responsibilities Lead Shared Services strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Drive process optimisation and standardisation across key functional areas, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Master Data. Collaborate with IT and business partners to enhance automation, workflow tools and digital enablement. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards and insights to measure performance and improvement outcomes. Guide, support and develop two direct reports, fostering capability uplift and a continuous improvement culture. About You Demonstrated experience leading improvement, operational excellence or transformation initiatives within Shared Services or similar environments, preferably within an FMCG background. Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, I excel in project management and coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives for process improvement Ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships across diverse teams, including technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Skilled in analysing data, interpreting trends and developing insights that support decision‑making.
