As they continue to expand and scale their organisation they are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to improve existing processes and develop new tools for the internal team to improve organisational efficiency. What's a typical day look like? On-going optimisation of the performance of automated processes Implement maintainable solutions to increase organisational efficiency Designing, building, and testing new tools. Onboard and integrate APIs from 3rd party sources. Collaborate with the wider engineering team to ensure new tools and systems meet quality, security, and performance standards. About you: 5 years of experience in process Improvement engineering roles, ideally experienced with automation or intelligent systems. Proficiency in Python & SQL with an understanding of how these apply to data-driven solutions. Experienced in Financial Services concepts working with Portfolio management teams Ability to work autonomously and communicate with users cross-departmentally Experience within Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CICD, Docker would be advantageous.
