This is a high-volume, fast-paced role suited to a strong administrator who thrives under pressure and can confidently manage competing priorities. About the Role As the Workforce Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely data entry and admin suport, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery across disability and community programs. You'll manage high-volume inbox traffic (300-400 emails daily), quickly and efficiently respond to urgent admin requests, and support other administration functions, like data entry, as required. This role is critical to keeping services running smoothly and supporting frontline teams. This is an office-based role working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, during peak operational hours.
