About the Role We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator for our client, a well-known meat processing company. In this role, you will be working closely with Procurement Manager; coordinating and leading a small team, by overseeing procurement and stores functions, ensuring cost-effective supply, mitigating supply risks, and supporting operational continuity across all business units. Full-time | Permanent role | Cannon Hill, QLD Salary: 100 -120k annually Super Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement purchasing strategies for direct and indirect materials, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency. Manage multiple customer requirements and be able to demonstrate risk mitigation strategies. Demonstrate leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and develop team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support animal welfare, environmental, and safety standards Ensure all duties are completed effectively and in line with expectations for your team and production. About You 3-5 years experience in procurement management with strong operational knowledge. Skilled in ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle Cloud, Protrace). Self-driven, able to prioritise in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
