Bindaree Food Group is looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Forklift Driver to join our Warehouse team in Inverell. This role plays a key part in keeping product moving efficiently through the warehouse and loadout areas, ensuring trucks are loaded and unloaded on time and product integrity is maintained throughout the process. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and the wider logistics team to support smooth daily operations, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold our high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include: Safely operating forklifts and material‑handling equipment Loading and unloading trucks to scheduled dispatch times Moving, stacking, and rotating product to maintain workflow and accuracy Completing load sheets, dispatch paperwork, and equipment checklists Conducting pre‑start checks and reporting faults promptly Following WHS, hygiene, and quality procedures at all times Supporting general warehouse operations to minimise downtime What we’re looking for: Current forklift licence with proven safe operating experience Strong understanding of warehouse and loadout processes Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritise tasks Good communication skills and a team‑focused attitude High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliability, motivation, and the ability to work independently This role is based at our Inverell site and requires availability for Afternoon Shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) or Night Shift (12:00am–8:00am) .
